IS940.1 / IS945.1

The new 10.1-inch 5G Android and Windows tablet IS940.1 / IS945.1 had been designed for data communication in the process industry and in automation to integrate seamlessly into the existing system landscape with 4G / 5G campus or Wi-Fi network. The easy-to-handle tablet is equipped with a powerful, IIoT-optimised chipset, includes a 16-pin ISM interface, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC support, and has a replaceable, long-lasting battery, freely programmable buttons and main and front cameras.

IS440.1

The first 5G radio for safe PoC communication in Ex Zone 1/21 and industrial environments IS440.1 ensures secure and failure-free PoC communication via public or campus networks (4G or 5G) or Wi-Fi® in Ex-Zone 1/21. A gateway secures interoperability with previous radio technologies and enables a seamless integration into existing systems. The device offers a user-orientated look & feel, a replaceable battery, large buttons for PTT, SOS, talkgroup selection, a powerful front speaker, an ISM interface and a functional fixing clip.

IS540.x

The IS540.x 5G industry smartphone is featured with a clear 6-inch full HD display, a high-end chipset for fast data processing and is supporting a wide range of frequency bands offering the highest image quality through the 48 MP main camera. The high-quality processor ensures fast data processing for the most demanding industrial applications such as predictive maintenance. The 16-pin ISM interface provides a secure connection for approved accessories. The innovative 5G smartphone is available for Zone 1/21, Zone 2/22 and for the mining sector.

Valve Sense

Another highlight of the fair presentation of i.safe MOBILE is the IS-VS1A.1, the mobile inspection system for leak detection in valves. It combines high-quality acoustic emission sensors with the 5G smartphone IS540.1 and the software of i.safe MOBILE’s partner Senseven. Intuitive operation, automatic leak detection, structured data management and a high-quality processor for fast data processing make it a unique maintenance tool in demanding industrial environments.

IS-SW1.1

The IS-SW1.1 is the world's first explosion-protected industrial smartwatch for ATEX/IECEx zones 1/21 and complements the i.safe MOBILE overall portfolio. It can be used in a highly flexible way for employee safety and organization in the company. Coupled via Bluetooth with the i.safe MOBILE devices, it functions as a supplementary hand-free display on the wrist for displaying important messages, hazard messages and measured values. The IS-SW1.1 enables vital signs to be monitored, an emergency call to be made with GPS location.

REALWEAR NAVIGATOR Z1

The new REALWEAR NAVIGATOR Z1 of i.safe MOBILE and RealWear is the world's most advanced intrinsically safe head-mounted wearable with intuitive voice control for completely hands-free operation during remote training and support, field service management tasks and site inspections, even in noisy environments of up to 100 dBA. The Android-based smart glasses are equipped with a powerful chipset with AI engine, a high-resolution display a 48 MP camera, and a rechargeable and replaceable battery.
