In case of hardware or software defects, please contact one of our worldwide service centres. Your device will be repaired by our experts within around five working days and will be ready for use again after a short time.

Repair request

You can easily submit a repair request via our repair portal. All the necessary information is displayed as mandatory fields when you create the ticket. We kindly ask you to save all important data and settings of your defective device before sending it in. Then please send the unit to the Service Centre assigned to you. You will be informed of the address of the responsible service centre in an automated e-mail directly after the ticket has been created.

As a registered user, you can view the current status of your repairs at any time in the i.safe MOBILE repair portal. After a successful repair, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number and a preliminary overview of the repairs carried out.
