Global market leadership seal: i.safe MOBILE

In its anniversary year 2026, i.safe MOBILE looks back on 15 years of pioneering work and is sending a clear signal for the future with a new brand claim


Lauda-Königshofen, 14 April 2026. – i.safe MOBILE has been officially included in the WirtschaftsWoche ranking and the World Market Leader Index as 2026 World Market Leader Champion. The ranking was compiled by Prof. Dr Christoph Müller, Titular Professor at the University of St Gallen, acting as a scientific partner to WirtschaftsWoche, Germany's leading business magazine. The award recognises the company’s consistent development towards a leading global position in the field of mobile communication solutions for potentially explosive atmospheres and critical infrastructure. The fact that this milestone coincides precisely with the company’s 15th anniversary makes the recognition even more significant.

The University of St. Gallen’s index sets the bar high: annual turnover of more than 50 million euros, a foreign share of at least 50 per cent, a presence on at least three continents and the number one position in its own market segment. i.safe MOBILE meets all four criteria. With an export share of 87 per cent, subsidiaries in Singapore and Australia, and over 100 sales partners across all continents, the company from Tauberfranken operates as a true global player. To mark its inclusion in the World Market Leader Index, i.safe MOBILE is giving its brand a new corporate claim in its anniversary year: PIONEERING EXCELLENCE.
